SEASON TICKETS 2018/19 – LETS BE AVVING YOU! 8th August 2018,
The season kicks off at home on the 26th August at 12 noon in a tasty derby match against local rivals U.S Yaiza. Expect the odd yellow card.
There will be 19 home matches during the course of the season and an adult season ticket remains the same price as last year at an incredible 50 Euros, Pensioners are just 25 Euros and all persons 18 years or under will be admitted free of charge.
A season ticket a bargain at 50 Euros adults and 25 Euros pensioners.
Season tickets are available from me at the Clubs stall at the Teguise market every Sunday and also at the Puerto Del Carmen Friday market though this market is suspended at the moment because of fiestas but will once again begin on Friday 17th August. Both markets are between 9.30 to 2pm. They are also available from the club at Calle Isleño 4, Arrecife Monday to Friday from 6pm to 8pm.
It does not matter if you are a resident of the island or live in Antartica anyone can buy a season ticket and the price remains the same for both residents and non residents.
I will be putting up the posters in Puerto Del Carmen and Costa Teguise from around the 20th August so if you want to buy a season ticket you could leave the money in a designated place and I will drop in the season ticket for you.
To pay at the gate will be 8 Euros for an adult non resident and 6 Euros for residents. Pensioners will be 6 Euros non residents and 4 Euros for residents.
Rojillos manager Maxi Barrera is in his second season with the club and has pulled together what looks like a great squad with the capability of competing for at least a top four playoff finish and to have another crack at promotion to Spain’s third tier, Segunda B.
If you wish to be a Socio (member of the club) and are buying a season ticket it is just 10 Euros extra for an adult and 5 Euros extra for a pensioner.
Those of you who cannot visit many games but still have an interest in the club then just to become a Socio it is 30 Euros adults and 20 Euros for pensioners. These are available to buy on the website www.lanzarotefootball.com just click on Shop.
Why become a Socio? To be fair the only reason to become a Socio is for the love of the club and island. It will enable you to attend the long boring meetings all in Spanish and to be able to vote at the President elections once you have been a member for two years.
What a Socio gives the club is standing and the more Socios enables the club to get more funding and sponsorship.
The people that run the club do not earn a wage and always try and keep costs down for the fans on away trips, refreshments at the ground etc. There is no doubt that their hard work is because of the passion that they have so really it is to show your appreciation and a thank you.
